<p>Your current counselor but you can do major changes on student access now appparently. (go to eee.uci.edu & on the left side there will be a list and click student access 
) But with any changes, I always confirm with the counselor first… just in case :)</p>

<p>woah youre lucky u even got into BME lol. i was compsci and switched out to BIM this year. compsci is tough as it is but i thoroughly enjoyed my first year.</p>
