Doubling major question

Hi all I have a few questions.
First, I am attending a community college but will transfer next year.
Anyways, I am majoring in accounting, and will continue to do so, and do want to get my masters degree right after 4 years of college. If possible anyways, because I know that once I get out of school I will never go back.

My two school choices are SUNY Albany and Binghamton. Well unfortunately, Albany is a party school (it appears that way), and I’m not interested to do any partying… though I’m sure there are some people that don’t party either over there.
I understand Binghamton has very good business school.
But, I wanted to major or minor in a language. Both schools have Japanese and Russian. I was thinking about having a double major as Accounting / (language). I really enjoy the Japanese language, and I have been studying it by myself. I also want to learn Russian because my mother is Russian, and I can understand (just not speak or read), it very well.
I would want to minor in Russian.

In summary, double major in Accounting and Japanese, and a minor in Russian. I really want to do this… which school is the best for this? I heard Albany has a good language program.
Is it possible for me to complete the second major (Japanese) within two years or do I have to do another two years?

Please, any help is good. thanks
