basically do it at your own risk, as there is always a chance of getting caught (like anywhere else). just remember its “uploading” where they catch people. personally, I don’t know anyone who has been caught</p>
<p>The OP’s post seems to say that he is legally downloading stuff. Why would you need to worry about that?</p>
<p>The general way things work is: you download, someone complains to UCLA, and UCLA forwards you the complaint. If no one’s complaining, then there’s no problem.</p>
