<p>I do love this show. I was getting annoyed in the first hour at the way Mary, Robert and the Nanny were being played. Things did get better. (I though Robert was going to burn Matthew’s letter.)</p>
<p>But they are making Lady Crawley look like an idiot in the second hour when she rehires a maid without first speaking to Mrs.Hughes and believes Anna, a long time trusted ladies maid, is causing trouble, based on the word of another trouble maker. Haha</p>
<p>I also do not understand why actors, most likely trying to “make it” most of their acting lives, walk away from very successful tv roles/series after only 2 or 3 seasons. (Even George Clooney and Will Smith stayed at least 5 or 6 and they were longer seasons.) I realize they may get bored. But really, most people, whatever their job, do it for many more than 3 years.</p>
