Hi, I have a question.

Does your chance of getting accepted by Cornell go down if you’re not a US citizen but a permanent resident?

Hi, I have a question.

NO
but Cornell is hard school not a lot of people get in

as long as u dont need financial aid ur chance isnt affected a lot.

What if I need financial aid? Aren’t Permanent Residents supposed to be treated in the same way as citizens…?

Cornell practices “need-blind” admission. That means your ability to pay has no bearing on whether you are admitted.

Permanent residents are treated the same as citizens for all intents and purposes.

If you are neither a citizen nor a resident, then it’s a different story.
