<p>It’s really hard to comment on this when I haven’t taken the same class and put in the same effort at another school. All I can say is that, for my major (chemistry), once you get through the intro (pre-med) courses the grading gets much more lax and your grades truly reflect how much time/energy you put into the class. That’s more or less the way I’ve felt with all classes – you get what you deserve.</p>
<p>@ OP, I have heard that universities around the nation are aware of this and take this into account when making decisions. So I’ve heard.</p>
