<p>So i accepted an offer with boeing for summer intern program, today GEnentech emails me and asks for a phone interview. </p>

<p>i am not going to interview with genentech because i already accepted an offer, but for next year, how do i go about asking this person if they’ll consider me as a full-time hire a few months from now? </p>

<p>dont get me wrong, i think boeing is a great company and i couldnt be happier, but with genentech rated as the best company in america to work for, i’d probably like to keep my options open. </p>

<p>is there a good way to go about this? </p>

<p>say something like ive already accepted an offer, but i’d really like to interview for your company a few months from now?
I will contact you in December?</p>

<p>I apologize and regret to inform you that I’ve already accepted an offer and cannot retract it due to professional courtesy. I appreciate and recognize your efforts in my recruitment, however, I believe you will find an equally successful candidate elsewhere… something like that.</p>

<p>Congrats on Boeing btw. Genentech/Amgen are all faltering… don’t bother.</p>

<p>genentech faltering? its been #1 employer past 2 years ( best places to work for fortune magazine ) i believe, even if it falters it will falter to #5???!? hehe</p>
