Dream or Reality to get into TOP UNI (HKU) for really S**T student?

Hey everyone!

I wanna come to HK to make my master degree in transport planning in HKU.

I graduated from university 2 years ago. There is different rating scale (in Moscow). But I transferred my gained results and got GPA =2,8 of 4. I realized it’s quite low and I should studied harder…

Anyway What are my chances given the facts that:

  1. I’m an international student
  2. my previous degree in logistics and supply chain management
  3. level of my qualification is 2nd stage tertiary level education (specialist)
  4. I don’t need scholarship or any subsidies
