Dream schools?

Hello, I’m about to end my sophomore year, and with my school starting to press college searching, I’ve made some decisions regarding the schools I’d like to be looking to prepare to apply to.
I want to attend a school on the east coast, preferably a midsize private school. To many, including my counselor, that starts to sound ivy, but that’s not all I’m looking at; I’m open to suggestions as well.

As of now, I’ve toured and really like Yale and Brown, I’ve also toured JHU and liked it a bit, other schools on my list include Colgate and UMich Ann Arbor (in state).

As far as my stats…
White male, Michigan, private urban Catholic high school
Income bracket: >$65,000
PSAT (new scoring out of 1520): 1320… will take SAT I and SAT subject tests in the next six months
GPA: UW 4.0 W 4.3
Rank: 1/163
AP (completed): World History (5)
AP (taking, or am scheduled to take): US History (2016), Chem (2016), Physics I (2017), Seminar Capstone (2017), Gov (2017), Lang (2017), Bio (2018), Research Capstone (2018), Calc (2018), Macroecon (2018), Lit (2018)
Foreign Language: Mandarin Chinese for five years

Extracurriculars: Varsity swim, varsity swim captain for '17 and '18 season, school newspaper staff writer, newspaper editor in chief for '17 and '18, policy debate, model UN, published poetry in literary magazines, first reader/editor for Polyphony HS (a nationally recognized lit mag)
Work Experience: Food and customer service experience, will start lifeguarding this coming summer however
Volunteering: As of now, not much but I will be volunteering at the hospital in my city this coming summer

I’m sure I’m missing things, but overall I just want to know if my goals are realistic. Both of my parents only attended in state schools, and being their first child they don’t have very much insight in this process. If these goals aren’t attainable yet, I’d then like to know what I can do the next two school years to make them realistic. Also, if you have any school recommendations that fit my stats, I’d love to hear them.

You have fairly good ECs but nothing that particularly stands out. Can’t accurately give you your chances without test scores though. Everything else seems pretty good but you should understand that the Ivies will be a high reach.
