<p>It’s a private school, they’re allowed to do what they want. I went to the Silver Ring Thing (not by choice) and I did wear the ring and my school made me remove it because we weren’t allowed to wear rings of any kind (it was a Catholic school). It sucks, but if she chooses to go to this school she has to follow their rules. If it were a public school it would be different.</p>
<p>Besides, the ring isn’t part of the Christian religion and therefore doesn’t have to be allowed like the bracelets and head scarves.</p>
