Dressed in Black

Well… I love Black! I was wondering if it would be creepy wearing alot of black… All the time. I mean like my shirts are black, my tees are black, my slacks are black, jeans are blue =]. anyway if I wore like slacks and a black dress shirt/sweater/turtleneck/coat… How would it be lol

Too hot for all black clothes…maybe in the fall

I wear a lot of black. Not on purpose, though.
Most of my clothes just happen to be black.

Black is a wonderful color, and I used to wear a lot of black myself (though never all black outfits). I don’t think it would be creepy, but people might have certain impressions of you (pretentious, artsy, etc). But wearing a black coat over a black top and black slacks really might be overkill. Also, whether you can get away with wearing all black will depend on the school environment. Some schools are far more casual than others, so you might stand out at those schools. I’m not saying that people should conform to everyone around them, but your clothing choices do say something about you.

If you wore all black here you would faint from the heat.

I personally think wearing a black suit with a black shirt is very dashing, but not practical until its a little cooler.

A lot of my t-shirts are black, as are most of my shorts. So a lot of the time I’m wearing black t-shirt, black shorts, black socks.

I used to shave my head basically to the skin and used to wear all black to the gym. One time a gothic looking chick at the gym (dressed in all black, had a friend with her with a bic’d head wearing a black wife beater and black cargo pants) ask me if I went to the meeting on sunday. I was just like huh? and then she started ignoring me. Pretty sure it was about a white supremacist meeting.

Black on black is not cool, unless it’s formal wear (or athletic wear) and you actually have a reason for dressing up formally other than to wear black on black.

Lol.

All my clothes are black/ neutral (except my jeans). It’s more convenient to wash and I like dark colors.

I love black stuff. I can’t stand black pants though, unless they’re for sports(paintball pants). I’ve walked into a store and come out with 3-4 shorts where ALL of them were black. I had no idea that I picked all black because I don’t mind wearing black shirts. I wore a white shirt once this year, I guess it was fun… lol.

During the summer, I try to wear bright colors so I don’t die from the heat… It’s easily 100+ with humidity here for a LONG time during the summer.

In the winter, I tend to still wear short sleeve shirts and black t-shirts are awesome for this time! Black hoodies don’t tend to do as well for me in the winter though…

i dont think its advisable to ever wear black on black. So many clothes in my wardrobe ARE black, but I always have a bright colour over them. Like I’ll wear a black dress with black flats, then put a high-waisted coloured belt with a similiar coloured bag.

Plus black is too hottttt, go light =)

Black is fine on all occassions.

I like black/dark colors since they don’t show stains as easily as lighter colors. If I accidentally spill coffee on my shirt it usually pretty coverable.

EMO MUCH?

(10 char)

^thats exactly the comment I didn’t want lol. If it’s emo than forget it I’ll add color to my wordrobe. I go inspired to wear black fom Harry potter 6 (Draco malfoy’s wardrobe) and spider man 3 (Harry osbourne and spiderman).

Hahah I just saw the harry potter movie right before I read your post, and I was gonna make a joke about it but then I just read your last post. :stuck_out_tongue: Unless you’re a fictional evil villain, it’s best to not wear black head to toe (especially if you have dark hair). Nothing wrong with jeans + black top, but head-to-toe black looks strange. It’s ok to wear black frequently as long as there’s some color in your outfit.

This is draco malfoy in real life http://api.ning.com/files/Vu7wq7ag9H71*KrCy7RKnnASVwAc3tcBsp2jiVTUkKJSy4k9T2LnLqJZUwZ8-2lSkBGmLlcLB4XbW8TFJi-bGRuhQHhHCvIc/TomFelton5.jpg</a> see how he looks better when he’s not in his emo clothes?

Naa jus like bekindrewind said black on black should only be for formal occasion or athletic event etc lol unless you are wearin a black shirt with light black/gray jeans etc… [ all the same black is just kinda weird ] colors are good switch it up !!!

just don’t wear black makeup.

THe LITTLE BLACK DRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSsssssss

^ omg I love girls in that hahaha

as long as your personality doesn’t match the whole Black and Dark thing you shouldn’t have a problem. It only goes into overkill when you’re walking around with a frown or moody with your hunched back and possibly heavy black eye liner.
