I did not. I did wind up buying an overpriced white knit thing to wear with it and/or the “resort chic” dress I got for the night before party. I had to wash it ahead of time because it smelled slightly of (store) perfume, but I didn’t wear it and I wish I hadn’t washed it so I could return it.
Love the dress! With the little jacket, it looks so Kate. ![]()
Switching topics a tad. I think I found the perfect ankle length pants!! They weigh like a feather and fit me so well. Drying is a snap. Not cheap, but I am sure I will be getting a lot of mileage out of them. ![]()
Those look nice. And definitely you’d get a lot of wear with them, for travel and at home.
Those pants are cute - nice they are lightweight. You are lucky you can wear the tight ankle ones! I have kind large feet for my height and always feel self-conscious lol - bootcut is my friend…
Usually the online DSW ads I see online seem pretty tailored to my preference for practical shoes (and pickleball shoes). But today I’d say Yes and No ![]()
I wore these jeans for the first time on Wednesday when I went to lunch. The looked really good with the blue and white print CeCe blouse that I wore and cute slides. I also had a light Tommy Bahama linen jacket since we were eating outside and so I would have my 3 pieces.![]()
I actually bought these at Marshalls (not The Rack) and they were only $40.
They remind me of the riding pants my daughter loves.
I read reviews on the company’s website (because Nordstrom had only one review), and one reviewer mentioned that exact thing: they reminded her riding pants! ![]()
I’m surprised how lightweight the fabric is yet it doesn’t make them look flimsy. If they came in a different color, I’d buy them too!
Thanks for posting about the pants. It reminded me that I wanted some more tan/bone pants besides my ancient few pair of chino-like pants. Had a breakfast date with friends, followed by a stop at a local shop we like. (The others had gift certificates to use up.) My Jess&Jane pants splurge seemed relatively well priced
Also bought a top because I had the chance to get outfit opinions from friends and the very helpful shop owner.
Cute jeans @showmom858! Would be fun to see the whole outfit! I have a hard time styling jeans lately (maybe because almost everything I have is black and I suddenly only want comfy stuff lol)
I put this in the What I am Doing Today thread, but our TJMaxx had tons of pants today. I bought lightweight beige linen/rayon for $20. Never heard of the company - Maison d’Amelie Paris, unlikely a name that Emily in Paris would buy! But they look nice and fit well and fill a wardrobe gap. Unfortunately hand wash, but I’ll deal.
I decided today that I need some very light weight, wide leg, navy blue pants, to wear on a plane Monday. I doubt I will find them, but I may try.
I just got the Lands End catalogue and there are some very nice wide leg, linen blend, navy pants! Not sure how quickly you can get them or if there is a brick and mortar near you.
The pants look great with that tee on you! Very coastal !
Jean Wang (I know a few follow her) showed these pants today
Intriguing. I like that they come in a bunch of colors, a bunch of lengths and are mid rise.

I saw those. They are out of stock at all stores ![]()
Those pants look perfect on you, Marilyn! Great length & fit.
Has anyone shopped here? Or is this a FB scam you in spot?? I love this little dress.
Hmmm… I’d pass. Can’t find a single review on Reddit. Second, there doesn’t seem to be fabric content listed (just “lightweight”). The site says “ Loved by 50,000+ woman across America” - Woman? A typo? And they are moving - from Asheville to where?
