I love the color and think it’s both seasonal and complimentary to lots of skin tones/hair color.
I do like color and I’d wear colorful beaded necklace or bracelet that has that color in it and some other colors too. I think some blues would be pretty with it - turquoise or even navy. (If the color as shown is true to the dress)
It is a cute dress. I do think some colorful beads would be fun or a gold necklace would make it more elegant. Nice to have options. I’d try it with a few different items to figure out which look suited what I was aiming for at a particular time.
Quince has this style (for those that like Quince) - I like that they call it a “Popover” dress. I like the blue stripe in this one. But I STILL like @deb922 first choice above the best!
The light brown one. I like the detail and the texture. It will look good with your hair color. You can do a variety of styles and colors of jewelry and sandals.
I also agree that the solid color dress is more versatile. If you aren’t sure about the color, you can wear a color you favor as a scarf so it’s closer to your face. It’s good to mix it up and the interesting textures and solid color make the dress you 1st chose!
I can see the appeal of the print one, but I suspect you will get more wear out of the solid one. If you travel, for example, it would be a welcome and versatile item in a capsule wardrobe. Day dress with sneakers. Dinnerwear with jewelry and sandals.
I also would get a short necklace with a black leather type strand and a gold pendant. West with black sandals. I do think you would need to bring the black up somewhere else if you wear black sandals
I love L’artiste sandals. I’ve tried a few styles on at DSW but never purchased. Considered a pair of their wedge sandals for son’s outdoor garden semi-formal wedding until I went with a floral print dress.
