It was EA.
my son is accepted.
BS Health Science with Bridge to BS/DPT
Honor College
I too was thinking decisions would be tomorrow.
Son is accepted
BS Health Data Analytics major
accepted for psych and child developement
scholarship is updated too. My son got 24600 a year but COA is still close to 60K. It’s a No for us…
Would you maybe get more when FAFSA is available? I can’t remember now if we did the CSS profile for this school.
I submitted CSS and I don’t think it will make any difference with FAFSA. We are not qualified for need base anyway.
Just found out from my daughter that she was accepted to business. They did give $37500 per year between grant/scholarship but did not award tuition exchange. Unfortunately we would need TE to attend so I don’t think we can swing it either. I will have to take a more detailed look though.
This was my D24’s top choice.
is it in the financial Tab or decision letter? Thanks
So sorry
I think it was in the letter. My daughter texted it to me.
We found it under financial aid and scholarship tab. It has all the breakdowns.
Could you share her profile/stats, S24 has also applied to business and he won’t be back home for another 3-4 hours !
I don’t know everything but I think of her as a strong student but not over the top.
UW grades 4.0
Her school does rank so 1 (but probably several 1s) of 550
TO
7 APs
Varsity sports and several ECs but nothing crazy.
Believe all EA decisions are out! They posted about it on the Drexel Admissions Instagram page 30 minutes ago
Accepted EA for computer science!
S24 got in Computer Science, Honors program, 24K scholarship. I am excited about Honors program-- I remember we had to do extra to apply.
Accepted Mechanical Engineering. 4.1 UW GPA
D accepted Mechanical Engineering, honors college, 29k per year merit scholarship. Gpa 3.24, applied TO, multiple leadership roles, dual varsity athlete, engineering independent study.
My son was accepted to the 3+3 DPT program. Total gift aid of $39600 per year for undergrad. We visited Drexel, but it was not one of my son’s favorites. He doesn’t like the quarter system.
One thing to maybe keep in mind as well is that most students complete a semester-long CO-OP during two undergrqd quarters where they gain real world work experience, and earn wages (I seem to recall they said the average was around $20k). There are no tuition costs during the CO-OP quarters. I haven’t done the math to see how this may affect the total cost of attendance in the program he was admitted to.
S24 was accepted into School of Economica with Behavioural Economics as intended major. Merit of around $20k/year. He applied TO and has a 3.2uw gpa with 4.8 wtd(all honors and 3APs). Strong but concentrated ECs in Theatre (leadership roles, awards, and long track record). We made him rework supplemental 3-4 times each, lol. He was very happy as Drexel was one of his top 3 choices but he awaits his ED1 decision tomorrow.
