I was wondering if I got into a college early through early decision or early action, can I drop a class my second semester? It would be my sport.
Or would this be something that would cause them to rescind my application?
Unless you are a recruited athlete for said sport I don’t see why dropping an EC would matter.

Best to check with the college before dropping any course previously reported as in progress.
