<p>I was wondering how dropping a course would reflect to graduate schools? I am unsure of whether I want to go to med school or engineering grad school so I applied to both. I have taking a pre-req course this semester for med school that is NOT required for my engineering degree plan. If I do decide to go to engineering grad school and do drop this course, will graduate school not like this (IE. reject me?) or rescind there offer?</p>
<p>If you’re unsure of whether to be a physician or an engineer (two disparate fields), you should probably take some time off and work first instead of going to graduate school. What if you decide halfway through that you want to do the other? Then you’ve wasted 1-2 years of student loans/money on something that won’t get you to your goal.</p>
<p>But no, dropping the course likely won’t affect your admission.</p>
