<p>24. At What Address Will You Stay in The U.S.?
For this question, which UCLA address do I put? I don’t even know which room I will be in. All I know is that I’m in Hitch.</p>

<p>25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business
Again, who do I write for this? My guidance?</p>

<p>I would call the UCLA residential office and have them assist you. Or maybe there’s a separate form for student visitors, not sure.</p>
