<p>A friend of mine is wanting to apply. She lives in Uruguay but possesses both Danish and Uruguayan citizenship, and could theoretically use either one during the application process. I assume there are quotas of some sort applied to international applicants, so does anybody have any ideas about which citizenship she might use to her potential advantage?</p>

<p>No, quotas have been outlawed by the United States Supreme Court. Schools are not allowed to use any sort of set quotas.</p>
