Dual Degree

Is it possible to major in business (marshall) and in physics (viberti). Does USC offer a dual degree program?

YES you can double major in 2 areas, but it requires a lot of classes and work! it would also probably take you longer than 4 years to accomplish.

What if I major in the same school (i.e. Marshall) in BusManAdm and Finance

you have unlimited opportunities at USC. The only question is what classes are required for 2 majors or a major and a minor, which would be the case in your 2nd senario.
“Double majors consisting of two majors in the same department are not permitted. The student receives a single diploma”

.I suggest you carefully study the USC catalog,

as that will tell you what are the required classes for your area of interests, as well as what gen ed classes are required regardless of you major. A few gen ed requirement can be met with AP classes, but you will still have to take most Core classes. start reading. good luck.

I’m also curious about the double major opportunities. I’ve been admitted to USC in one school, so then I am presuming that if I want to double major in another school I have to apply to that other school once I arrive at USC? How hard is it to get into another school in order to pursue a double major? Or how exactly does this process work?

I don’t know about other schools within USC, but do know that double majoring in CLAS is possible. Many do it, or combine a major with a minor. My D has two majors, and she knows others who do as well.
