Dual nationality

I understand that MIT has a quota on the number of international students that are admitted.
I am dual national, and haven't found any place (other than the optional section in Part 2) to indicate this.
Can being Bangladeshi over being Canadian increase my "chances" of getting in?

Nope. You're still an international student.

I have sort of a piggy back question on this topic. My 2nd son was adopted from an international country. He also has US citizenship. He is also bi-racial (caucasian and asian).

What factor, if any, will this information play in college admissions?

If he has U.S. citizenship, he can apply as a domestic student, which should improve his chances for schools that have a quota for international students (like MIT).
