I keep seeing commercials for the stupid Counting On show. It makes me remember why I didn’t watch TV for a very long time.
“Family is everything.” is the only spoken line in the whole commercial. gag

I’ve been watching the Bates show (DVRed it) from UpTv, and it’s interesting the way they have ‘spun’ that series. It’s Duggar-lite. For some reason the Bates kids seem less programmed.
As long as there’s still a TV show, Josh’s name will keep coming up in social media. Guess he’s back to selling used cars again. I can’t think of anyone worse I’d rather buy a used car from.

I remember being astounded that Laura Ingalls Wilder said she never kissed her husband until the night he proposed to her. But, that was approx. 1885, so times do change. I don’t watch this show, but happened to channel surf and saw one of these women getting married and saying that her first kiss ever would be after they were pronounced man and wife. I just can’t even…
^^that is all the girls so far . . . except Jessa and Ben skipped that part in front of everyone and kissed after the ceremony (?).
Seems like a first kiss in front of everyone would be incredibly awkward.
Joy-Anna is in a courtship now. The Duggar girls are having better luck finding marriage material than their brothers.
