If you answer whether or not you have the tab, can you also state whether or not you anticipate an acceptance or rejection so we can try and find a pattern?

Right now it seems like more people don’t have the tab, but I haven’t actually counted, and it’s almost 50-50. I would think less than 50% of us will get accepted, so naturally being in the smaller population here would lend itself favorably. This should only matter if we can discern a pattern though. Across a significant sample I might add.

this was the facebook status of one of our admissions officers here at duke on November 30, 2010.

“Excited! It didn’t really hit me fully until just now, but the people we admitted at my ED committee today are coming to Duke next fall! They wrote their stories – we were just along for the ride – but who knew a conversation around a projector in some conference room could mark an inflection point in a young person’s life? WV/IN/KY/MI/OH, I see you.”

They’ve made their decisions, now you all just have to wait to find out. :)

The midyear report is not needed now, because no one has hit mid year yet, unless they started reeeeally early. But that facebook update sort of makes it all seem real, doesn’t it? =)

wow…wickedwidit, you actually might be right. that makes the most sense. well, at least (if your explanation is correct) i will find out for final if i am straight-up in or not…(personally, i prefer rejection than defer)
