Yes, it happens (ERROR PAGE) to me as well. Often I have multiple attempts 2 or 3 before successfully logging in.
Its no big deal. Thats happening because of your browser. If you go to
https://sissoffice.duke.edu/prospectivestudents/applicantsid.html
and click on applicant login, this won’t happen.
