OMG I JUST GOT ACCEPTED TO DUKE!!! After a string of waitlists, this feels so amazing!!!
@guilou25 nah dude, 1700 kids are in the class (that’s how much they will make the class as less than 1700 will have accepted and then they’ll take a few off the waitlist, or like last year, more will accept (1750) and they take nobody off waitlist) 3600 were accepted, 1700 took it. This year probably 3500 or so accepted, 1700 in your class. Big difference
what are the chances of getting of the wait list? do we know how many people they wait list?

@collegebound195 Wondering the same first question, they say 1 to 200 people throughout the past 10 years. In the letter they say about 1000 chose to stay on the waitlist. But idk if that’s 500 Engineering and 500 Arts and Science or 1000 each. If anyone’s knows can you answer?

My portal says this when I try to log in :(( I tried to log in on chrome and Internet explorer and on my phone as well and im getting the same message. Anyone else? Cookies are enabled on chrome for me and I’ve never had this message in the past when I’ve logged on.

The yield can’t be that low
