ohhhhh, it will come back when RD decisions are out, or at the very least in the summer when you find out which dorm you’re in and you want to know all about it, or when you’re trying to figure something out with your schedule. you’ll have questions about Duke… and NO WHERE ELSE TO TURN…

You can make roommate requests (they must be mutual). You can not request to be in someone else’s dorm though (nor can you request dorms). After freshman year, you can “block” with your friends in the west campus dorms (it was 8 friends but I think they’re raising it to 16) but that’s another story.

never mind, I guess you two really ARE losers. I think I’ll make a trip down to the admissions office first thing Tuesday and tell them to un-accept both of you. I’ll match your ECs and stats from this board. It will be easy.

aycaramba: hey buddy, you need to toss out these applications. stat.
adcom: why is that?
aycaramba: because they’re losers who go on CC. i do too, but i’m not a loser (not YET at least). here, let me give you their stats! (points to blazingly high numbers <ha, just=“” kidding=“”> and stunning EC’s)
adcom: dude, what kind of stalker are you? go home.</ha,>

You saw all that? You need new glasses sistah! This is what’s going to happen:

Me: Hello sir, may I have a moment of your time?
Christoph Guttentag: Why certainly, young man. Have a seat.
Me: Mr. Guttentag, I must report some bad news. Two of your recent admits are complete and utter losers that will reflect badly on our institution.
CG: WHAT THE F***! GIVE ME THEIR NAMES RIGHT NOW! No blazingly high numbers or stunning ECs can overcome such an outrageously horrid quality!
Me: Well, we’re in luck, because they’ve posted all the information we need to identify them on the internet board that I patrol looking for loser admits.
CG: Good work! You’ve saved Duke once again!
