<p>Mo Cowan (Trinity 1991) was recently appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to fill the Senate vacancy left by John Kerry.
Interestingly enough, Ted Kauffman, the person who filled Vice President Biden’s seat in the Senate was also a Duke alum.</p>
