Duke BME vs USC full tuition

<p>I was accepted to Duke for Biomedical engineering and USC with a full tuition scholarship. I want to be on the edge of technology innovation and entrepreneurship in healthcare, possibly working with a startup or going into consulting/finance related to healthcare. Please advise.D</p>
