Can we get back to email time? Therevwere two times __:38 and __:36 (I am not going on hour before et/ct/pt; lets talk in minutes only) Can you all mention it was 36 or 28 for you? Just for analysis
Wasting time IMO. It all depends on email service that could have delivered at different times. mine came in at :39

but could it be the batches of accepted and rejected/WL had different sending time?
If any exceptions pease report: all deferred applicants don’t have withdraw button and rest have.

In my opinion, deferred can not be waitlisted. So there is no withdrawal button.
I think it’s clear at this point that most (all?) people who were deferred from ED no longer have the withdraw link in their portal. Are there any plain vanilla RD applicants who NO LONGER have the withdraw link? That might be a much more interesting/relevant ‘tell’.
