A portal update: There is this blue useless strip on my portal which does not go away even when i scroll down. It has a white dot on it too (u can see it if you try to select the strip). I DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING OTHER THAN KILLING TIME
Do you know anybody whose withdraw application link has disappeared who was also an RD applicant (NOT deferred from ED)?
I believe I also have that strip… if we’re talking about the same one

I’m pretty sure the dot is blue (on a blue background), but just shows up as white if you try to select it. If you copy and paste it in on a white background, it shows up as a blue dot.
