My answer to your original question is that an interview at the end of Feb means you’re still in the game. Can’t read any more or less into it.
Did everyone else’s admission checklist disappear in their portal?
Yes people noted that in this forum a few days ago.
If you only have CSS profile listed is that a bad sign?
Now none has multiple checklist i guess.
I have a total of 5 items on the fin aid checklist.
I have 4 . But i don’t know it is fine enough.
We can predict nothing with financial checklist
Yes. And I think for my son no interview is a sign that he will be rejected as I have a hard time thinking he would rise to the top of 45 thousand (or whatever the number is) applicants. But he is our third child to go through the process and I find it much easier to be objective this time.
I don’t think we should read too much into interviews. I believe they also prioritize interviews for legacies even if they aren’t strong candidates. Good luck.
I thought the same thing when my son didn’t get an interview. He is a junior at Duke right now. You never know.
domestic or international?
Domestic
Does having more items on the checklist mean anything? I have six items and they were updated 2/29.
No I have it too
So results expected today or 22nd?
It means your parents taxes are more complicated and required more forms. From previous threads the number of items seemed to mean nothing in terms of admission. But good luck to everyone!
I thought it would be the 29th…
For the last several years, Duke has released decisions the day before ivy day, on ivy day, or the day after(last year was the day after). I am confident it will be one of those three.
Has any international applicant received Karsh scholarship email?
Merit scholarships will be announced mid-May. They will not come before decisions release this year.
