Duke MEMS or UPenn...Can't decide between the two

<p>Can someone sell me on Duke MEMS program? Can’t decide if I want to apply ED to Duke or UPenn. Two different campus atmospheres. I need more info on Duke’s program. I know the Biomed program is excellent but what about MEMS?</p>
