<p>Tennessee does not belong in this conversation. But what is the COA for Duke and Texas? I would opt for Duke all things being equal.</p>

<p>As much as I support my home state’s university, agree that the bright orange UT does not belong in this decision. I would go for Duke if possible.</p>
