Dumb question about transferring. Please help?!

I am not asking for myself, but for a friend who is in a predicament.

She is considering transferring from her current college to a different one. If she sends a transfer application to a different school and is accepted, is she obligated to go there or can she choose whether or not she will attend? (similar to college applications during senior year of high school) Thank you.

@dennael‌ No, your friend is not obligated to go anywhere they apply to. A lot of people apply to transfer and stay at their current school and most people apply to multiple schools, are accepted to more than one and weigh their options.
