<p>is there anything a student should do when they receive an acceptance and or merit award? as they are all rolling or apr 1st you really dont know which one they will accept. but do you send a “thank you” now or just wait and then accept or decline once decision is made
ie is there an etiquette or protocol for acknowledging without committing</p>
<p>There is no need to acknowledge - for the most part, the colleges aren’t expecting decisions until closer to April 1st. Do check for housing deposits, financial aid filing deadlines, etc. Be sure to keep dates available in the spring for accepted student visits.</p>
