When I look at one of the courses I plan on taking in the course listings, the period says 10E1. What exactly does this mean?

10 meets from 5:10 pm to 6:00 pm
E1 meets from 7:20 pm to 8:10 pm
etc.

Either these are lecture and lab sections or various course sections meeting times. What is the course?

That would be periods 10 through E1, so 10,11 and E1. See the classtimes at this link:

[Office of the University Registrar](http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/soc/classtimes.html)

It’s a little confusing on the course schedules because that field does not have enough space to say 10-E1. It only holds 4 digits, so omits the dash.

It’s CLP 3144 Abnormal Psychology. It says it only meets on Wednesdays period 10E1. So is there a break in between period 10 and E1 or should it run continuously from 5:10-8:10?

Thank you!

Some professors will give you a 10-15 min break, others will talk the entire time. It just depends on who’s teaching.
