<p>I was curious to find out the acceptance rate for EA? What are the typical scores for an admit? I also believe that I will have a top notch essay, as I have overcome many serious issues such as trichitilamania and diagnosed anxiety.</p>
<p>you don’t declare your major until your 3rd year, so what your intended major is doesn’t really affect your chances. I believe the EA acceptance rate last year was somewhere around 13%. As for this upcoming year, I’d imagine it go down to perhaps 12 or even 11%. (this is significantly lower than the early acceptance rates of ivies because chicago is EA whereas the ivies are ED.)</p>
