<p>OK, I have an idea about when we’ll find out about our apps, based on info from previous year.</p>
<p>I know a Senior at Stanford this year who said she called in for her decision, so I think calling in for results is an established process, not just a “last year” thing.</p>
<p>From the reports of people calling in, it sounds like we’re being told the following:</p>
<p>1) we should HAVE our decisions by the 15th, and if we don’t we can call then
2) They’re not done reading apps yet</p>
<p>My guess would be that they don’t know when they will be done, so they can’t tell us exactly when we’ll receive our letters, and thus they have no date to tell us about calling. I would guess, however, that once they finish up they’ll be willing to spill the beans over the phone - we just don’t know when that will be. (I’ve heard it might be delayed due to the extension on the deadline from the southeast - but that wouldn’t make much since, as they could have just read other apps until then? but who knows).</p>
<p>If they finish on Friday, we might they might tell us then? Keep calling, folks :)</p>
<p>So, the moral of the story is: <em>panic attack</em></p>
