<p>I am currently in the process of earning Eagle and have no way of finishing it by 11/31 so does anyone know how I should put it onto my app? I really want to put it on there since I know I will have it by March next year.</p>
<p>Best you can probably put is potential. Earning it late March might be too late for them to check on it before decisions are out.</p>
