<p>^ I shot a mail to Dean of Admissions. She said they are ready to include international students but they wont be offering Wein Scholarships. So, it no longer matters to me 
Here I come ED II!</p>
<p>I am aware that they dont even offer that scholarship during ED II. But since I don’t want to attend any other place, I can atleast show my interest to Brandeis. I had also requested an Interview but no interviewer was available in my area so they say they have noted my interview request in my file.</p>
