<p>But you have to be sure to use the user name and password that they assign you. My problem was that they had sent them to me in October and since I hadn’t considered applying there yet, I just filed it away. Then, just recently, I got another “special invitation” but no user name etc…, just the link to the general online application. I followed that link and made an account, which did not give me the expidited option. Once I found the older email and used that account, I got the option. XP</p>
