To the above poster: There were signs directing you to the tables where you would receive a folder from your college. The tables were labeled. It is almost concerning that you would liken a student volunteer giving away the last folder he or she had in their possession to a school being “bureaucratic.”
The food served for dinner was wonderful and the speakers were impressive.
