<p>They are sent all at once. I’d recommend taking a look at Dean J’s blog from January to get an idea of what to expect. Last year decisions were quite early. The previous year they were just a few days early, which I think is a more reasonable expectation (especially given the difficulties with the CApp). I’m linking January 2012 which would be two years ago. It gives a good idea of what EA timeline may look like. When an entire month is linked you are reading backwards, so scroll to the bottom and read up.
