Early Action Question

Hello everyone,

I’m applying to PSU UP with early action. In the application the checklist is already complete with the application fee, the SRAR and the Official SAT scores received.
However, under Early Action in the Application Details tab, it says:

Requested Early Action: Yes

Early Action Status: Not determined – Application is pending completion

What does this mean? Do I have to do anything else or does it just mean they haven’t made my admissions decision yet?

I’m not sure - It may mean that they just haven’t made a decision yet. But early action is new this year, so I’d call to verify. Then please report back here so that others know what that status means.

Just for another data point, we have an Early Action Status of “Yes”.

All checklist items are “Completed”.

However the application is still “under review”.

@crudis2001 I called about that exact question. It will update to EA once your SRAR and SAT is listed as complete.

Until they match everything up I believe it reads that way. It did for my son. Once they review the SRAR then it changes.
