<p>Hi there, the Monday FAQs blog post states that Early Action applicants will be notified of their admissions decisions via their ConnectCarolina Student Center and then a letter mailed to their home address. Hope that helps.</p>

<p>In the past there seems to have been a delay of a day or so between the UNC blog post about the decisions and appearance of results on myUNC.</p>

<p>She didn’t really specify. I kno he net to a conference in late September I think regarding admissions so I guess it might have something to do with that.</p>

<p>This is becoming beyond irritating.</p>
<p>I don’t think we are going to hear until January 31. There was such a large increase in the number of applications</p>
<p>I would hardly consider 1000 a “large increase”. That’s around 1/14th of the application pool, and considering they have over 3 months to make decisions, any significant increase in time due to an increase in such a small number of applications is not justified.</p>
<p>agree, good point, I am just so frustrated with not knowing, and want to move on!</p>
<p>All this drama stinks. UPenn posted several days ahead of time ED decisions announced 12/12/12 @ 6:00 pm. No phony drama. All business.</p>
<p>UVa posted theirs on the January 12th, a full three weeks before the deadline.</p>
<p>I completely agree… UVA had 4,000 more this year and managed to get their decisions out two weeks ago even though their deadline was three weeks after UNC</p>
