<p>I think it is more than fair to say that they definitely have the decisions ready - the question now is when are they going to flip the switch?</p>

<p>It just can’t be Thursday the site is down for maintenance.</p>

<p>well there must be a reason that they are shutting it down after five…maybe they will release decisions early in the day</p>
<p>I receive the email telling us how to access the decision. The same email every one is talking about.</p>

<p>To all those waiting for the decision- don’t make anything about receiving the e mail. It only gives instructions on how to access the portal- there was no earth shattering news.</p>
