It’s the same answer we’ve been getting the entire time. I honestly don’t think they would tell us. It’s a “you’ll get them when you get them” ordeal

I think it would have been better if they just said “decisions will be out on 1/31” instead of “by 1/31”. Then if they had come out any earlier we would all be pleasantly surprised.

^Yup, that’s what I said a few days back. It’s not as much as how long it’s taking, but it’s that plus the ambiguity of the deadline and the precedent they have set.

Oh my goodness, I really can’t wait any longer! This is absolutely killing me.

Of course they are still reviewing apps, regular decision apps, if they are not done with early action apps then they have a serious problem.

They are fully swamped with reviewing both domestic and international apps and I doubt they will hold up releasing all of EA decisions because some folks have brought in some new information at the last minute.

89wahoo-we no longer live in state (we did for 3 years but moved just in time to be OOS at NC schools-ugh!) but do still receive school notifications and the public school system just north of Fayetteville is planning on a 3 hours early release tomorrow due to weather. Our experience in NC, having moved there from snow drenched New England, is that NC cancels school on the possibility of bad weather, whether or not it actually happens. Not very helpful to you but just wanted to provide some response to your query!

Lets keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow…

dowzerw: Do they have enough snow removal equipment? Lived in Fayetteville for over 6 years, I recall them closing schools for when bad weather was in the forecast. Now we are in NoVA and schools closed today for about an inch of snow!

It’s really not even a call for snow - more of a wintery mix.

Fayetteville is my hometown. They’re doing early release for students tomorrow in the anticipation of winter weather, so be prepared!

MTNest we are also in NoVA and had no school in PWC
Love snow days for the kids! Of course, some idiot rear ended me at the light in front of our neighborhood. Wonder what the schools will do tomorrow. Word is if there is no school again the rest of exams will be canceled. Wouldn’t that be a shame LOL

Meanwhile down here in South Florida, our only chance of snow is if the sun dies. I’m not counting
On that anytime soon!!!

I’m bored.

Marco…

Polo…

So tomorrow, hmm!?

@sammvp1 do you go to American Heritage HS? I’m from So-Flo as well.

I’m bored too.

I still think tomorrow, and they are stone walling it.

Please be tomorrow D: I really do love Chapel Hill and I want to know so badly! If not tomorrow, does that mean we have to wait through at least the whole weekend?

30 Rock is on!
