I wanted to know if Medical Schools have ealy applicants?, and also if they do, do they take into consideration that you applied early? Like when an undergraduate applies early he has a better chance in getting in if he has a c average gpa than a person who applied late with an c average gpa.

Most, if not all, medical schools are rolling admissions. Applying early will help you (because there are more seats avaliable), but a C average is not going to be very competitive regardless of when you apply.

Actually i don’t have an c average gpa, im just a frosh in college, i was trying to use a example.
