Early Applications or Higher Scores?

<p>Do I have a higher chance of getting into my choice college if I apply earlier with average scores:</p>

<p>My Scores:</p>

<p>Math: 490
Writing: 600
Reading: 610</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0 unweighted. </p>

<p>or should I retake the SATs once more in December after studying my eyes out in the hopes of a higher math score and turn in regular applications? </p>

<p>I’m not looking to get into Stanford or Yale.
I’m vying for Purdue (not engineering), UConn, and UMass Amherst, though. </p>
