My dad isn’t set 100% on the idea… what if he declines? Is my part of the agreement deleted?

It sounds like you need to have a talk with him. Why does he not want you to? Unless it’s because of cost or something else that will affect him directly, I think you should remind him that it is your choice and you need to be able to make your own decisions.

If your parent won’t sign it, then it will not count as an ED application.

If you are 18 when you submit your app, you might not technically need a parent signature. Contact the school about that one.

But, you might get yourself into a bind financially if you go ahead without your parents’ support.

So if my parent declined the conditions, its terminated?

Also, are these conditions enforced AFTER I get accepted?
If I have a change of heart and want to apply RD instead, do I just call them/email them before January 1?

Probably if your parent declines they will treat you as an RD applicant automatically, if they already have all your other materials.

You won’t be admitted ED if your app is incomplete (including a missing signature on the ED agreement.)

You should definitely contact the admissions office directly if you have questions about ED
