<p>There is no early decision at USC, only a deadline that is earlier if you want to get a scholarship. As long as you apply by either deadline, you are reviewed and admitted/rejected the same way.</p>

<p>Read the USC application brochure which will give you the info. you need to know about what is required (SAT II, etc.).</p>
